Bonnie is the head scientist of the Core Synthetization laboratory in Parum City, and the creator of said cores.
Profile[]
Appearance[]
She's a woman with platinum blond hair tied into a low pony tail. Her skin is somewhat tanned, with freckles on her cheeks, and her eyes are blue, framed by red glasses. She wears a light-grey collared shirt tucked into black pants, with a red scarf around its neck serving as a tie. Her outfit is covered by a lab coat with yellow and dark blue accents. She always carries a clipboard and a pen with which she takes or checks notes during missions.
Personality[]
She's very intelligent as demonstrated by her well-know discoveries as well as the information she provides to her team mates. She's also kind and understanding of others, helping in multiple ways and even prompting us to see Amelie's perspective so as to not be too harsh on her.
Story[]
In Nexomon: Extinction[]
She's the head scientist of the Core Synthetization laboratory, where we can bring shards to her so she can craft some cores for us. She was the original creator of these cores, which are one of the greatest discoveries of her time, enabling tamers to further enhance their Nexomon.
Besides this, she's usually accompanying Edward during missions of the Tamer's Guild, providing him as well as any other team members with useful information and statistics. The first time we meet her is during one of their jobs in which they had been tracking down Atlanta. They find us after our fight with her Tyrant Nivalis, with the renegade fleeing from them again.
The next time we get to work with her is at the Frozen City, where we find her with Edward. He shares with us that some cultists have been taking shelter in the Cursed Towed and she adds that their actions might be related to the high hostility of the Nexomon that inhabit the region. They form a team with us as well as other members of the Guild and we head to the tower. After we've defeated the cultists, Atlanta and a couple of dragons that attacked us during the mission, she confirms that the cultists' resurrection machine was definitely the reason for wild Nexomon going mad. However, she also states that neither the machine nor Nivalis could have caused the dragons' attack.
After this event, we only see her again accompanying Edward to pardon our crimes at the Laterian prison and later we have to visit her to get her access card for the Khan Woods.
Post-game[]
We only have a small interaction with her in which she asks us to not be too hard on Amelie, as she was doing what she though was best for the city. Other than this, we can still find her at the Core Synthetization laboratory.
Abyssals DLC[]
We meet her in various areas of the Precursor Valley, but she takes no direct part in the story line. However, she comes up with a new level of cores, more potent than her previous ones.
Trivia[]
- As it happened with Logan, she's also interested in the resurrection machine the cultists were building. From her point of view, it's the work of the greatest minds of an era, but doesn't take it any further after Edward states he completely opposes it.
- She's aware of the work of both Derek and Logan, considering them great scientists.
- Same as Edward, with her sincerity and hard data, she gives terrible motivational speeches.
