The Challenge Badge is an item that reduces the cool down time for a rematch with a tamer after we've defeated them. We need to activate it from the inventory for its effect to happen.
It is located inside the Guild's building at the Frozen City, in the golden chest of the basement. It's only accessible once we have received the ability to freeze water from Merida.
