The Drake Vial is an item that we have to find during The Mad Dragon quest. Xanders requests a lure to attract Greater Drakes to capture Dracon. The vial is located inside the scientist's house of the Drake Isles, on the bottom-right barrel after we've talked about it with the scientist.
