Eliza is a young yet powerful psychic from the Immortal Citadel. Many believe that she will be the one to break Hilda's Curse.

Profile[]

Appearance[]

Eliza is a young girl with amber eyes and long teal hair tied into two ponytails and two braids. She usually has a cheeky or mischievous expression on her face. She wears a purple beret and pleated skirt, with a black long-sleeved buttoned shirt. Her outfit is complemented by a white scarf tied under the neck of her shirt and red-orange bauble hair bands. She always carries a crystal ball with her used when focusing her powers.

Personality[]

She's a powerful psychic, and it's something that she's proud of even if she sometimes feels pressured by Hilda, her mentor. Her powers allow her to see the future and know things than most people can't even guess, leading her to lose her patience frequently over their ignorance. In many occasions, she also uses that ability with mischief, leading people into different situations for her amusement. However, her actions ultimately help the people that get involved, proving that she isn't truly malicious.

Story[]

In Nexomon: Extinction[]

Eliza is a powerful psychic living in the Immortal Citadel. Although she's still very young, many believe her to be the one that will finally be able to lift Hilda's Curse, the reason why most citizens there are wisps. Given that Hilda is her mentor, this is likely something that they have in mind for the future.

Discussing the Tyrant Egg

Eliza explaining the Tyrant Relic

Besides this, she's an ally during the entire story. Eliza was contacted by Deena before she met with the player at her citadel to help the primordial Tyrant with her plans. At her request, Eliza tricks the player and tells them that their Tyrant Relic is the egg of the legendary Tyrant of Light. She prompts them to hatch it by visiting various shrines to feed it elemental power, starting with the one in New Ignitia.

As the story progresses, she helps the player in multiple occasions by locating Amelie at Cadium, teleporting them out of danger when Vados destroyed Petram or helping Hilda to seal Ziegler. However, if she has the chance she prefers to help while making things "interesting" such as by releasing wild Nexomon in her own citadel for training.

Post-game[]

She is at her at her house in the citadel, where she's still waiting for the player to pay for her broken window after the events that happened during their first meeting. Once they've done that, they have the opportunity to fight her and ask her for more information about various topics. She also offers them the possibility to release copies of the Tyrants and Greater Drakes that they have already captured.

Abyssals DLC[]

During the events of the DLC it is revealed that one of the Abyssal Tyrants, Kroma, had attempted to kill her some time ago at the citadel. Back then, she was saved by Deena, who defeated the Tyrant. At the Precursor Valley, she's attacked again by the same Tyrant, whose sole objective seems to be getting rid of her for unknown reasons, although she speculates it might be just because she's a powerful witch that could cause problems to whoever is controlling the Abyssals.

Other than that, she can still be found at her house. However, if once the DLC story has been have she will also release copies of the Abyssal Tyrants in the wild, which is how they can be captured.

Trivia[]

  • Her Nexomon team is Horget, Lurkennie, Lovidovi, Swactrum, Domigator and Dreddiful.
  • She came up with the "Tyrant of Light" name to refer to Omnicron's heir for fun.
  • She's Hilda's pupil and seems to be pressured by her.
  • Her abilities include seeing the future, teleportation, locating people/things, sealing away others (or at least wardens, as she did with Ziegler) and projecting at different locations.
  • We can unlock her as a companion. This happens automatically after we rescue her from Kroma during the Abyssals DLC.
