Lobo is the leader of the cult of Omnicron and was the previous head of the Tamer's Guild, Amelie's superior.
Profile[]
Appearance[]
He has long blond hair tightly tied into a braid. His face is hidden behind a mask that mimics Omnicron’s appearance with the colors white, red and blue. He wears a purple, long-sleeved shirt, partially covered by a black cloak. He has dark brown pants with a black loin cloth above them, both held in place by a golden fabric belt. To complement his outfit he also wears a medallion and white gloves covering half of his forearms.
Personality[]
He's very observant and intelligent, but also very stubborn and obsessive. This can be seen by the fact that he was able to discover on his own the reason behind the Tyrants' war and reach the conclusion of resurrecting Omnicron as the solution. And even if this would have doomed humanity according to everyone else, it was impossible to change his opinion on the matter.
He's also very melodramatic, with exaggerated gestures to accompany his reactions, as seen when he recognizes the player as Omnicron's descendant.
Story[]
In Nexomon: Extinction[]
His followers appear very early in the game, but we don’t meet him personally until we follow Atlanta inside the Cursed Tower to resurrect Nivalis. When we catch up with her, she’s being attacked by Lobo and a group of cultists. Upon seeing us, he’s outraged by our intrusion into Omnicron’s home. He goes on to explain that no Tyrant will be able to fill the throne, with the only option being a direct descendant of the King of Monsters himself. He believes this to be impossible, as all his children are dead as well. After this introduction, we fight and defeat the cultists.
Atlanta then warns us about Lobo being the previous master of the Guild. At this moment he expresses his distaste for the Guild, labeling them as cowards who couldn’t accept the truth behind the Tyrant war, with Vados being even less fit for the throne than any other. He fights us and after defeating him, we demonstrate our Tyrant powers by freezing his cultists. He’s shocked by this, as he realizes this can only mean we’re a descendant of Omnicron. Atlas tells him we’re Nara’s child but he refuses to believe it, fleeing the room.
We see him again right after resurrecting Nivalis. He has witnessed our powers and accepts we’re truly Nara’s child, reacting dramatically to how he had been trying to dispose of us for so long and asking for forgiveness. He offers to serve us, including his followers, and at Coco’s proposal, leaves to find a way to infiltrate Parum City for when we go to fight Vados.
Next we hear from him is at Tikala’s tree, where he shows up accompanied by all the renegades, who he has been recruiting for our cause, as he believes Omnicron’s greatest mistake was underestimating humans. We all go into the Cursed Tower to plan a way to lure Vados out of Parum City, agreeing on getting an airship to do so.
We meet him one last time at the Orphanage, once we have the airship, to discuss the last bits of the plan before starting it. Although he’s not with us when facing Vados before and during the ship's appearance, his cultists were there. He’s present after the airship crashes in a far away land, cheering for us and giving us tips during the final fight.
Post-game[]
The only mention about him during the post-game is by the Admin, who tells us she has a lot of paperwork to do in order to get the renegades pardoned as per our request. Lobo is probably included in that group, even if he doesn’t have a Tyrant.
Abyssals DLC[]
He appears in the Precursor Valley, where we can talk to him, but doesn’t take part in any specific events of the story line. He gives us some insights about the frequency with which Abyssal Tyrants had been appearing and expresses his disgust by the fact that they don’t take the player as their ruler.
