Nexomon are animal-like creatures that populate the world, living alongside humans. They are all indirectly descended from Omnicron, the former King of Monsters.
Wild Nexomon are usually hostile, however, they will only attack if you step in tall grass. They can be tamed by being captured by Nexotraps or given food.

Tamed Nexomon are usually treasured companions that help out their human partners. People who train and battle Nexomon are called Tamers.
Highly intelligent and powerful Nexomon can be classified as Tyrants. Tyrants usually have the ability to speak human language. Omnicron's direct descendants can shift between human and Nexomon form.
Nexomon battles have become popular after Omnicron’s
first defeat, both as a sport and to settle real fights.
