Story[]
In Nexomon: Extinction[]
Ross is one of the player's best friends, with both being raised in the same orphanage. He's a member of the Tamers' Guild who joined during the test ran at the Orphanage at the beginning of the adventure. After that, he briefly accompanies the player as they head to Parum, but they separate soon after they receive their first missions from Amelie.
He goes on his own path as a tamer, eventually joining the player during the mission to defeat Mulcimer in New Ignitia, but he is taken hostage by Jin. The renegade uses Ross to force the player to hunt down Atlanta. He gets rescued once both renegades are defeated, and thanks the player later at the Guild's tower.

Amelie introduces Vados at the Drake Isles lab
At some point he is convinced by Amelie that the player has been brainwashed by Lydia, appearing with her and Nora at the abandoned lab of the Drake Isles to stop them. However, once it's revealed that the Grandmaster has created Vados and lied to them about it, Ross stops trusting Amelie and takes the player's side, being thrown out of the isles by the artificial Tyrant with the rest of the team. He decides to help find Amelie but never gets to fully understand why Vados would be such a problem. After this, the team splits to speed up the search.
The team reunites again at the Orphanage as Eliza has found Amelie's location in Cadium. They head there and access her lab, trying to stop her from releasing Vados. However, the Grandmaster launches him to the surface and escapes, branding them as renegades when she reaches the surface, and getting them arrested and sent to the Laterian prison. After being pardoned by Edward, Ross is no longer on the player's side, taking that as his last chance to keep a normal life.

The player being protected from Amelie and Edward by their friends
From that point, Ross continues taking missions from the Guild, briefly crossing paths with the player when they're trying to resurrect Petram, but without knowing their intentions.
During the final events of the story, the player goes to the Guild's tower and confronts Vados, getting knocked out by him. Upon hearing the noise, the player's friends enter the area and rush to their side, not understanding what happened. Amelie tells them about the player being a Tyrant in disguise, trying to separate them so Vados can finish the job. However, they refuse to do so, with Ross being the first one to try to attack Amelie and getting knocked out by Edward. After this, he joins the fight against the artificial Tyrant, being defeated on the airship but still rooting for the player during the rest of the battle.
Post-game[]

Ross wasn't originally invited to join the mission, but he manages to climb all the way there. He investigates on his own, at some point helping the player to lure Volcel by becoming a soup ingredient himself.
