Spencer is the Overseer of Royalle City and works for the Nexolord.
Nexomon[]
Spencer is the Overseer of Royalle City, however it is revealed by his mother that the only reason he was named Overseer was for the financial support his family could provide. He never directly fights the player and poses little to no threat due to his young age.
After the player finds out about the secret hideout in the sewers and finds Ellie and Willy, Spencer attempts to sell out them to Zetta. Zetta then leaves him behind when he disappears, leaving him at the mercy at the player and their group. He consistently is antagonistic towards the player, believing that their attempts at defeating the Nexolord are futile.
Nexomon: Extinction[]
He doesn't make a direct cameo but his vaults are scattered far and about in the world.
Personality[]
Spencer is, frankly, a brat. He is spoiled and looks down on everyone around him. He is obviously sheltered and believes very highly of himself; however, given he is clearly very young, it's not known if that personality stuck around as he grew.
Appearance[]
Spencer has blonde, almost golden, short hair that curls upwards, blue eyes, and pale-skin. He wears a white collared shirt with a red bow tie and a pair of blue overalls with a black belt.
