Ulzar was a Nexolord and legendary Nexomon Tamer. He ultimately defeated Omnicron at the end of the Nexomon-Human War, leading humanity into an era of peace and coexistence with Nexomon. He is often called "the hero" or "the First Tamer" by present-day humans. He is believed to be born in Khan's Jungle.
He sometimes appears as a spirit to heroes that succeed him.
In Nexomon 1[]

Its revealed Ulzar has been dead for quite some time, slain by his own beloved Nexomon.
In Nexomon: Extinction[]
Ulzar shows up again as a spirit right before the final fight with Vados. He wishes the player luck, and offers his services should they require them.
Ulzar shows up again in the Abyssal Tyrant expansion. Ulzar appears to the player as well as their group when they were tracking down the Ghost Abyssal. Ulzar informed the group that the tyrants main purpose is to kill Eliza, and wouldn't rest until this mission was fulfilled.
Its then revealed that the Tyrant is influencing Ulzar, forcing him to fight against the player and their companions in a massive battle.
After defeating Ten of Ulzars Nexomon in a row, The previous Nexolord will concede defeat, and allow the player entry to save Eliza.

- Ulzar's design appears to be based on the male protagonist of Micromon.
- By the time of Nexomon: Extinction, Ulzar is revered amongst the Tamers Guild as a near mythical entity.
- Ulzar arguably has the most Nexomon in the entries series, as you must fight ten of his Nexomon in a row without fainting.
- Omnicron ironically enough attempted to warn Ulzar that his Nexomon would eventually betray him. Ulzar ignored him, and ended up dying to his own companions later on.
